Is this legal?

Yes. We work with local government and law enforcement to organize road closures and emergency service for every stage. Drifting only occurs when the course is closed to regular traffic.

Why the Appalachian region?

The beautiful Appalachian mountain range has number of scenic, well-maintained stretches of road that are perfect for challenging drivers. They're an excellent analogue for the Japanese mountain passes where this style of driving originated.

How do I spectate?

Some of our courses allow for spectator areas, while others do not. Keep an eye on our socials for announcements on spectator ticket launches.

What is the Block Party?

When possible, we include a parade of our drivers' cars into the downtown area of a Special Stage's location where they are displayed for community members. It's an excellent opportunity to meet the drivers and increase traffic to local businesses.

How do I drive Drift Appalachia?

You can submit an application here. Because of the high skill level required to drive these mountain roads safely, the applications are rigorously scrutinized by our team of scouts. The touge ain't for everybody.

Is it a competition?

No, successfully driving these courses requires teamwork and trust between drivers. There's no room for heroes on the mountain.

How do you pick the roads?

We partner with local organizations and communities as we scout locations. The courses have to meet several criteria to work well as a Special Stage location.

How do I shoot media?

You can submit a media application here. Similarly to how we handle our driver applications, media applications are carefully considered by our team. The process is highly selective.
